Q-KON Bytes Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Referral Program
Q-KON Bytes (Pty) Ltd offers referral fees to individuals or businesses who successfully refer new clients to Q-KON Bytes. A referral will only qualify where the prospective client is introduced to Q-KON Bytes by the referrer and is not already an existing client or active lead of Q-KON Bytes.

2. Online Store Build Referral
For a successful referral resulting in a new Shopify online store build, the referrer will receive a R5,000 referral fee. Q-KON Bytes works exclusively with Shopify for online store builds. Q-KON Bytes does not offer or develop dropshipping businesses/stores under this referral programme.

3. Managed Services Referral
For a successful referral resulting in a client signing up for Q-KON Bytes Managed Services, the referral fee will be equal to the client's first month's retainer fee, up to a maximum referral payment of R5,000.

• Consulting Services

Referral fees are only payable once Q-KON Bytes has received full payment from the referred client. No referral fee becomes due merely because a quotation, proposal, agreement or contract has been issued or signed. If the referred client does not proceed, cancels before payment, or fails to pay Q-KON Bytes, no referral fee will be payable. For Managed Services referrals, the referral fee becomes payable only once the client's first month's retainer has been received and cleared.

5. Qualification of Referrals
The referral must be a genuine new business opportunity introduced to Q-KON Bytes. Where more than one person claims the same referral, Q-KON Bytes reserves the right to determine which referrer made the original qualifying introduction. The referral programme does not apply retrospectively to clients who were already in discussions with Q-KON Bytes before the referral was submitted.

6. Referral Fee Limits
The maximum referral payment for a qualifying Managed Services referral is R5,000. The referral fee for a qualifying Shopify online store build is R5,000. Where the same client purchases both an online store build and Managed Services, Q-KON Bytes will confirm the applicable referral arrangement before payment. Referral fees are not automatically cumulative unless agreed to in writing.

7. General
Referral fees are not transferable and may not be exchanged for other Q-KON Bytes services unless agreed to in writing. Q-KON Bytes reserves the right to verify all referrals before approving payment and may reject referrals that are fraudulent, misleading, duplicated or otherwise do not meet these terms. Q-KON Bytes reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the referral programme at any time. Any qualifying referral already accepted before such a change will be handled according to the terms applicable when it was accepted.
